Last March, the Mining Operation Area completed 1,000 days without accidents at work.
This great news fills the entire organization with pride as it leaves the name of Ladrillera Santafe very high, thanks to achieving something very uncommon in the open-pit mining sector; 1,000 days without accidents at work.
We celebrated together with the collaborators that make up the Mining Operation Area. We recognized their passion for what they do, their responsibility in every decision to always return home safely, their rigor in complying with the guidelines and protocols that allow them to finish the day without incidents and we rewarded their coherence in carrying out every action in the safest possible way.
The event was held at the Publio Martinez Ardila Theater in Usme, where the leaders congratulated and honored the employees for their zero-accident culture.
We congratulate and thank the entire team of Operación Minera for working safely and for being part of the Santafe Family.
